We are lucky that the times of endless and boring PowerPoint presentations are left behind. The world has changed, has become digitalised, smaller and our experiencing seems to be faster than ever. This also applies to the world of lectures. The audience has a demand to receive the core message in a short and crisp way. They want to be carried away, once Steve Jobs showed us all how this has to be done.

It is very challenging and joyful at the same time to convey the topic “meditation in business” as an experience of relaxation, silence and deceleration and at the same time to fulfil the needs for a speedy, modern communication.

From frustration to motivation

2) "From frustration to motivation - healthy employees in a healthy team"

Available both as live and online sessions

Team building has been known to positively impact a team’s effectiveness. However, the limitation is that the individual is mostly overlooked - with negative consequences on the team’s performance. Scientific studies indicate that many employees harbour some kind of frustration reasons. Depending on the specific research, this can affect even more than 50% of the employees . And as long as this frustration is not being heard and dealt with, it leads to irritation and anger. This is not only unhealthy for the individual, but it also blocks the individual motivation and the team’s performance.

Taking more care of the individual employee and learning how to deal with frustration and anger in a healthy way unlocks the motivation and by this the natural energy flow within a team will be restored.

Do you have any questions or requests?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Live presentation or better online, no matter where you are?

Thanks to the internet and the pandemic, not only coaching and trainings, but also lectures and keynotes can nowadays easily take place online - and this from all over the world. It offers obvious advantages like not having to travel anymore and being more flexible.

On the other hand, it can be exciting to be part of a live audience while a keynote speaker is catching people’s attention. In this case, it is a joy to have a personal contact to people. And of course, it can be just refreshing and pleasant to meet people in person.

Nowadays, both are provided, and we can individually decide how we would like to encounter other people. I personally like both options!
