Mental Priming with Self-Hypnosis and NLP

Bringing your best self to a specific challenging high-pressure situation

A 1:1 coaching package created as preparation for upcoming events which we usually experience as high-stake, high-pressure like:

  • an on-the-job “first time” (first presentation, first operation, first flight etc.)

    a job interview

    an exam

    pitching for a big opportunity

    salary negotiations

    negotiations with investors

    public appearances or presentations

    a high-stake presentation in the board of the company etc.

What will this program do for you?

This individually-tailored online coaching program will help you deliver the best possible outcome on your side by giving you access to your inner resources and your full potential (assuming that you are prepared in terms of information and insights for your specific situation).

You will be able to access calmness and relaxation, as well as focus and strength, regardless of whether you are usually in contact with these qualities or not. Furthermore, depending on what other specific qualities you will need to reach the best result - confidence, clarity, stamina, empathy, humor - they will become easily accessible.

How it works

The way we perceive unknowingly the world is influenced by our inner pictures which are stored in our subconscious and this has a significant impact on the outcome - e.g. when presenting something, if we see the audience as hostile, our chances for a good delivery are not optimal. This means that our inner pictures have a huge impact on our perception of the world and on our reactions to a specific situation as well.

In this program, we work with these pictures exactly where they reside: in our subconscious mind. For this particular work I bring in my passion for awareness and the power of the subconscious, using specific methods taken out of hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, breath work and meditation.

Once we gain access to these inner pictures and alter them into a positive, helpful and realistic way, then your resources become easily accessible.

 
 

What you get - individually-tailored

  • A free 30-min introductory call (non-committal) BEFORE we decide to work together

  • The “Intensive” package: 3 coaching sessions (approx. 75 min each) over 2 to 7 days (including weekends)

  • The “Intensive PLUS” package: 5 coaching sessions over 3 to 14 days (including weekends)

  • Tools/exercises to practice between the sessions

  • Tools/exercises to apply on the days/weeks leading up to your event (and in the future for similar events)

  • Email support until the event.

The ideal session frequency and the session density depend on the individual circumstances on your side:

  • How soon is your event?

  • How serious or complicated is it perceived to be?

  • How much experience with working on yourself do you already have?

  • And of course, in case it is at short notice request, my answer also depends on my diary. For such situations I might offer sessions on weekends.

No problem if there is only little time left - we will make the best of the situation.
